Who we're looking for: we are looking for someone who is passionate about both technology and product reliability — an engineer who enjoys building new solutions, improving existing systems, and taking ownership when things go wrong.

Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, participating in release processes, and improving the reliability of software delivery.
Configuring and maintaining monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
Supporting and operating databases and storage systems.
Automating routine operational tasks using scripts and Infrastructure as Code approaches.
Participating in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and production incidents, restoring service availability, and minimizing user impact.
Performing root cause analysis of incidents, collaborating with development teams to eliminate underlying issues, and implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
What we expect from you:
5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
Strong hands-on experience operating and administering Kubernetes ecosystems in production environments.
Solid understanding of Linux (Ubuntu) administration and networking fundamentals.
Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD processes, including experience with GitLab.
Experience automating infrastructure using Ansible.
Strong scripting skills in Bash.
Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, VictoriaLogs).
Experience supporting and administering PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch.
Experience building applications from source code.
Experience developing and maintaining Helm charts.
Experience working with Baremetal Kubernetes clusters.
Will be a plus:
Experience with Ceph (replicated and erasure-coded pools, CephFS, RBD, RGW).
Experience with Werf.
Experience operating high-load, large-scale production systems.
Experience with infrastructure automation using Python.
Experience working with systemd.
Experience building and deploying applications based on Yii, Node.js, and Go.
What we offer:
No bureaucracy — flexible working conditions.
An extended benefits package, including medical insurance, tax coverage, foreign language courses, professional training, and all necessary work equipment.
Relocation support: we cover relocation expenses for you and your family, including tickets, visa support, and the first month of accommodation.
A friendly international team that values professionalism and collaboration.
Work format: Remote / On-site
