DevOps Engineer

Nicosia, Cyprus

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team and help scale our platform. You will work on improving our CI/CD pipelines, implementing cost-efficient multi-tenant architecture and ensuring high availability of our microservices platform while embracing AI-augmented workflows with Claude Code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable multi-tenant infrastructure architecture on AWS

• Optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve build success rates and reduce deployment times

• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code

• Manage Kubernetes clusters and implement GitOps practices

• Build and maintain comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions

• Implement cost optimization strategies and FinOps practices

• Ensure security best practices including secrets management

• Integrate AI into infrastructure workflows to accelerate automation development

• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response

• Document infrastructure and contribute to continuous improvement processes

• Cloud: AWS (EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, ALB, CloudHSM, KMS)

• Orchestration: Kubernetes, Helm, Docker

• IaC: Terraform, Ansible

• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD

• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo

• Secrets: HashiCorp Vault

• Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ

• Databases: PostgreSQL, KDB+

• AI-Augmented Development: Claude Code as primary development companion

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in DevOps/SRE role with strong hands-on experience in AWS and Kubernetes

• Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with Terraform and Helm charts

• CI/CD Expertise: Experience building and optimizing pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)

• Problem Solver: Able to take initiative and solve infrastructure challenges with minimal supervision

• Detail-Oriented: You write clean, maintainable infrastructure code and care deeply about reliability

• Collaborative: Strong communication skills and ability to work across engineering teams

• AI-Forward Mindset: Enthusiasm for leveraging AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity and automation

• Russian and English languages at professional working capacity

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures at scale

• Experience with Claude Code or demonstrated proficiency in AI-augmented workflows

• FinOps certification or cost optimization experience

• Familiarity with financial systems or regulated environments

• Experience with KDB+ or time-series databases

• Knowledge of service mesh (Istio/Linkerd)
