DevOps Engineer

Qtech is a fast-growing fintech company focused on secure, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure. We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to help build, maintain, and optimize our cloud and on-premise environments while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP

• Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD)

• Manage Kubernetes clusters (managed and on-premises)

• Automate infrastructure and workflows using Terraform and Ansible

• Ensure system security best practices, including SIEM and NIDS solutions

• Maintain and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse)

• Monitor systems and applications using tools like Grafana and Loki

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues

• Perform capacity planning and optimize resource utilization

• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and other regulatory standards

• Manage virtualization environments (Proxmox)

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with GCP (AWS is a plus)

• Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker

• Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible

• Experience with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse

• Solid understanding of CI/CD (GitLab CI/CD preferred)

• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Loki)

• Strong Linux administration skills

• Experience with Proxmox or similar virtualization platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience with Prometheus and Alertmanager

• Programming skills (Python preferred)

• Experience with messaging/streaming systems (NATS, Kafka)

• Familiarity with InfluxDB
