DevOps Developer

Remote

We are looking for a DevOps developer to join our team. This role balances infrastructure automation, security integration, and regulatory compliance, aligning with modern DevOps practices. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to mitigating risks while optimizing development workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD, ensuring seamless integration of security checks.

  • Manage Kubernetes clusters and deploy applications via Helm Charts, optimizing scalability and resource utilization.

  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform for AWS resource provisioning.

  • Automate workflows for monitoring, logging, and performance tuning of cloud environments.

  • Automate security controls in cloud environments (e.g., IAM policies, encryption) and maintain documentation.

  • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot deployment issues and improve pipeline efficiency.

  • Collaborate with SOC teams to monitor, respond to, and remediate security incidents.

  • Ensure network security and compliance with PCI-DSS through audits, risk assessments, and policy enforcement.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience with Linux.

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps role with expertise in AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform.

  • Proficiency in Helm Charts for Kubernetes deployments and ArgoCD for GitOps workflows.

  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.

  • Strong understanding of network security (OSI layers, TCP/IP) and cloud infrastructure hardening.

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and containerization (Docker).

  • Scripting skills in Python, Bash for automation tasks.

Nice To Have:

  • Knowledge of basic principles of web application security.

  • Experience in code vulnerability testing and defence against attacks.

  • Familiarity with PCI-DSS compliance requirements and experience working in SOC-driven environments.

  • Experience with blockchain technology.
