About the Role
For our client in the energy sector, we are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Snowflake and Azure data platforms. This role requires hands-on experience in enterprise production environments.
Responsibilities
Design and implement Snowflake data warehouses, schemas, tables, and views
Develop and optimize Snowflake tasks, stored procedures, and UDFs
Build and orchestrate pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Integrate data from Databricks, data lakes, and APIs into Snowflake
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
Develop Python scripts for data processing and automation
Manage Azure Storage Accounts and ensure data security
Design and implement REST APIs with OAuth
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (enterprise level)
Experience with Azure Data Platform (ADF, Storage, DevOps)
Solid Python scripting skills
Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure-as-Code
Strong SQL and data modeling expertise
Experience with API integrations
Several years of experience in production environments
