Data Analytics Engineer
Join Campaignswell as a Data Analytics Engineer and help build scalable data pipelines powering our AI-driven marketing analytics platform. Work with SQL, Python, dbt, Snowflake, Airflow, and AWS to support high-quality data processing for apps, games, and e-commerce brands. Apply now to shape the future of predictive analytics.
Most of your impact here comes from diagnosis and architectural thinking — expect to spend the majority of your time understanding the system, investigating issues, and evaluating options before writing a single line of code. We trust you from day one: no sandbox, real production tasks from the start. The codebase is clean, documentation is still growing — and adding to it will be part of your contribution.
Responsibilities
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve data issues across the DWH; research solution options within the existing architecture before implementing changes.
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and DWH models using Data Vault methodology.
Implement and maintain ELT processes; design data layers within Snowflake using dbt.
Enforce data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Document findings, decisions, and architecture changes as part of ongoing onboarding and knowledge-building.
Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Customer Success Analytics teams.
Requirements
5+ years of data engineering or analytics engineering experience.

Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Apache Airflow or equivalent).
Experience with distributed messaging systems (e.g., Apache Kafka or similar).
Experience with AWS cloud platforms and services.
Strong investigative mindset — comfortable working with ambiguity and limited documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with AI tools - not just to tick a box, but to genuinely work faster and better.
English level: B1.

Experience working in a small team where self-direction and knowledge-sharing are expected.
What We Offer
Competitive salary.
