Data Analyst (Tribute)

We’re Tribute - the leading monetization platform on Telegram. Our users earn through donations from their followers, subscriptions to private channels, paid digital content and physical products. 60k+ creators are already actively using Tribute, incl. many well-known names and bloggers with large audiences.

And that number keeps growing every day!

We're looking for a research-minded Рroduct Analyst: someone who finds growth opportunities on their own, forms hypotheses, tests them with data and turns findings into product and marketing decisions. You'll run research and A/B tests, build dashboards and data marts, set up automated reporting and alerts, and own the entire process from raw data to decision. We actively use AI agents (Claude Code, Codex and similar tools) to write queries, analyze data and automate reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Find growth opportunities across funnels, cohorts and creator segments.

• Dig into changes in key metrics and find their root causes.

• Design A/B tests and interpret the results.

• Develop marketing analytics: CAC, LTV, ROMI, attribution.

• Communicate findings to product, marketing and leadership: concisely, with a recommendation and an estimate of impact.

• Build data marts and schedule their updates in Airflow.

• Design and maintain event tracking together with engineering.

• Build dashboards in Superset and Grafana.

• Automate recurring reporting, data quality checks and metric alerts; develop self-service analytics for teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in product or marketing analytics.

• Research mindset: you find the important questions yourself, form hypotheses and take research all the way to conclusions and recommendations without waiting for a spec.

• Solid SQL: complex queries, window functions, data mart design.

• Experience with Airflow or similar tools.

• Python for data analysis and automation.

• Experience with BI tools: Superset, Grafana or similar.

• Applied statistics: designing and analyzing A/B tests, confidence intervals, correct interpretation of results.

• Proficiency with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and similar): you can set a clear task, critically review the output and catch mistakes.

• Ability to explain findings simply to non-analysts and align with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience setting up AI agents for analytics, e.g. connecting an agent to databases and BI systems via MCP.

• In-depth marketing analytics experience: full acquisition funnel, attribution, LTV modeling.

• Background in the creator economy, subscription products, fintech or the Telegram ecosystem.

Why it is a fantastic opportunity:

• Our business is growing at an exponential scale.

• Non-bureaucratic management that focuses on results.

• Regular performance reviews to assess your progress.

• Remote setup with access to our hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London and Belgrade.

• Compensation for medical expenses.

• Provision of necessary equipment.

• Employees get access to the most advanced AI models via mira.tg.

• 20 working days of paid vacation annually.

• 11 days off per year.

• 14 days of paid sick leave to support your health and recovery when needed.
