The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-obsessed Senior Data Analyst to join our revenue team. Think of this as the perfect role for a “data nerd” who loves diving into SQL queries and building dashboards that actually drive decisions.

You’ll work directly with our CRO, co-founder, and department heads to create the visibility that powers growth: from revenue funnels to cohort analyses, unit economics, and retention dashboards. This is a mid-level role with plenty of room to grow into a senior data leader at Comfi.

What You’ll Do

• Partner directly with CRO & co-founder to design operational and historical dashboards across revenue functions.

• Build cohort analyses for our customer portfolio across multiple revenue and usage metrics.

• Develop, implement, and maintain unit economics, retention, and funnel dashboards.

• Run deep-dive analyses into revenue bottlenecks, opportunities, and performance drivers.

• Support the revenue team in breaking down and tracking targets across sales, marketing, and account management.

• Work cross-functionally to ensure data insights are turned into clear actions and measurable outcomes.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in fintech, lending, SaaS, or B2B revenue environments.

• Strong command of SQL, BigQuery, and Google Cloud services.

• Experience working with Superset (or similar BI tools like Looker/Tableau/PowerBI).

• High attention to detail and strong analytical rigor — you enjoy finding patterns others miss.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).

• Enthusiasm, curiosity, and the drive to grow into a core senior data role within Comfi.
