Data Analyst (Monetization)

We’re looking for an Insight Analyst to uncover actionable insights from large-scale traffic and monetization data. This role focuses on deep data exploration, identifying hidden patterns, and transforming analytical findings into opportunities that drive additional revenue and profit. You will work closely with growth managers team and developers to translate analytical insights into experiments, optimizations, and new monetization strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze large-scale traffic, lead, and monetization data to uncover patterns that can drive additional revenue and profit.

• Identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities across the monetization funnel, from traffic acquisition to final conversions.

• Discover high-value traffic segments, behavioral signals, and conditions associated with stronger monetization outcomes.

• Transform analytical findings into clear insights and hypotheses for growth managers.

• Support experimentation by defining metrics, analyzing test results, and identifying scalable opportunities.

• Build and maintain analytical reports, dashboards, and datasets that help monitor monetization performance and detect anomalies.

• Collaborate with the team to implement data-driven improvements in monetization logic and routing.

Your Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or growth analytics roles.

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to transform complex datasets into clear business insights.

• Experience working with large datasets and analytical tools (SQL, Python, BI tools, or similar).

• Understanding of performance metrics and monetization KPIs such as CR, EPL, ROI, RPC, LTV, etc.

• Experience with data exploration, segmentation, and pattern discovery.

• Ability to formulate hypotheses and support experimentation with analytical evidence.

• Experience collaborating with product, growth, or engineering teams.

• Curiosity-driven mindset with a strong focus on discovering opportunities hidden in data.

Nice to have

• Experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or traffic monetization.

• Experience analyzing user funnels, traffic routing, and conversion mechanics.

• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.

• Experience working with high-load systems and real-time data streams.
