We’re seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join Tabby’s team, driving how we acquire, engage, retain, and grow our customer base. You’ll lead a group of analysts to find the most efficient way of getting new users and keeping the old ones.

Your work will include designing data structures, ensuring data quality, and creating dashboards and visualizations that empower teams to act fast.

What you will be doing

  • Lead a team of product and marketing analysts to provide support to the product and business teams across all aspects of their work; that include our loyalty and customer lifecycle product teams, as well as paid acquisition and CRM in marketing.

  • Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present your findings in a clear and compelling manner that highlights the importance of your insights.

  • Regularly work with several stakeholders, including product and marketing teams, on fundamental research as well as on one-time requests.

  • Support and monitor existing metrics for the growth team, identify areas for improvement, and develop new metrics that inform decision-making across the organization.

  • Develop data visualizations and reports that are both informative and easily understood by business and product teams.

  • Assist in the planning of necessary data structures and data quality improvements, including product development and external ads services integrations.

What you will need

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a data/product/marketing analyst, ideally in consumer-facing digital products, and at least 2 in a leadership role for analytics teams. 

  • Proven expertise in designing and running A/B tests, including sample size estimation, statistical methods, and interpreting results.

  • Proven expertise in analytics in mobile paid acquisition including work with MMPs and data integration ownership

  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.

  • Experience in planning data structures for new products and features.

  • Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, Scipy, etc.)

  • Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.

  • Experience in loyalty programs, CRM analytics, or customer retention strategies would be an advantage.

  • Experience with LTV forecasting will be a plus

  • Background in behavioral analytics and/or user segmentation is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with business and product teams.
