Data Analyst (Deposits)

• Location: Manila, Philippines (office)

• Remote work is possible, preferred time zones GMT+4 to GMT+10

This role will be part of the operational analytics stream focused on deposits. The Analyst will closely collaborate with teams working on TLS and RM processes, as well as with stakeholders who rely on deposit analytics for decision-making and bonus allocation.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing data samples for qualitative research on deposits.

• Investigate and help resolve data-related issues connected with TLS and RM processes.

• Support analytics required for calculating and validating bonuses.

• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Document recurring data issues and contribute to process improvements.

What we expect from candidate:

• 6 months + of experience in Data Analysis or a related field (internships or academic projects also considered).

• Solid knowledge of SQL and ability to prepare data queries and selections.

• Basic proficiency in BI tools will be a plus (e.g.,Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

• Understanding of data quality issues and ability to investigate discrepancies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work with stakeholders, communicate findings clearly, and ask clarifying questions.

• Eagerness to learn and grow into more independent analytical responsibilities.
