Data Analyst
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and take ownership of the analytical process for Hal Leonard products Sheet Music Plus and Sheet Music Direct. You will serve as a bridge between business operations and actionable analytical insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and track key metrics for Hal Leonard products (Sheet Music Plus and Sheet Music Direct)
Own and track key metrics for SMP and SMD
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and
regular reportingDesign, launch, and analyze A/B tests and product experiments
Identify trends, anomalies, and insights to guide
decision-makingCollaborate with product teams to define data
requirements and KPIsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and
completeness across sourcesAutomate data collection, cleaning, and
validation processes
Required Experience:
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and optimization
Experience with Python for data cleaning and analysis
Experience with data BI tools
Solid math and statistics knowledge for modeling and hypothesis testing
Strong understanding of A/B testing
methodologiesEffective soft skills, including collaboration, problem-solving, and writing for documentation
Fluent English language
