Data Analyst (Middle+/Senior)

About the Project

We are part of a large fintech and marketplace Bir ecosystem, working with data coming from multiple sources: internal systems, Kapital Bank, M10, Trendyol, and others.
We're looking for a strong, independent Data Analyst — someone who can not only work with data but also drive decision-making and contribute to C-level reporting, including presentations to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI (must-have);

• Perform deep analytics, develop methodologies, calculate unit economics and profitability of initiatives;

• Work with multiple data sources, including external systems;

• Write complex SQL queries;

• Interpret and communicate data insights to business stakeholders, participate in strategic planning;

• Support various teams (logistics, commercial, growth, etc.) with actionable insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-have skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI — data visualization and building complex dashboards;

• Excellent SQL skills — ability to write and optimize complex queries;

• Understanding of business metrics, unit economics, and experience calculating ROI/profitability;

• Ability to work in unstructured environments with incomplete or messy data;

• Highly self-driven, proactive, and capable of working without micromanagement.

Nice-to-have:

• Python (for data processing and analytics);

• Experience in marketplaces, logistics, or fintech products;

• Comfortable working with multiple data sources and integrations.

Challenges & Opportunities

• Working with data from multiple sources (internal + Kapital Bank, M10, Trendyol, etc.);

• Data quality and structure are not always ideal — requires adaptability;

• Business questions are not always straightforward — analytical depth is key;

• Need to clearly communicate insights to stakeholders, including C-level executives;

Team Structure

• Role sits within the Data Analytics (DA) block, currently part of the Logistics stream
  (other streams include Commercial, Growth, Call Center, Finance/HR)

• Logistics DA team: 3–4 analysts + Lead

Hiring Process

1. Intro call — with Head of Data and DA Lead (20-30 min);

2. Technical interview — Power BI, SQL, Python (about an hour);

3. Final interview — with Head of Logistics Analytics (30 min);
