Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data from statistical sources and web analytics logs.
• Design, run, and validate A/B experiments.
• Analyze product changes, feature performance, and promotional mechanics.
• Develop dashboards for recurring reporting and ad hoc analytical requests.
• Prepare analytical reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics.
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL and ClickHouse (or similar technologies).
• Strong SQL skills, including window functions and query optimization.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting A/B test results.
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Statsmodels, Scikit-learn, and others.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
• Understanding of key product metrics, including LTV, ARPU, Retention, and others.
• Ability to document analytical findings clearly and effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience building and maintaining data marts or analytical datasets independently.
• Experience with Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools.
• Experience analyzing user journeys, generating recommendations, and identifying behavioral insights.
• Familiarity with GitLab, Confluence, and Jira.
