Data Analyst
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to bring a rigorous, data-driven approach to our Growth team. This role will focus on driving insights that optimize paid channels, user journey, activation, retention, and churn reduction. You will work cross-functionally with Growth and Product teams to identify friction points, surface opportunities, and inform actionable insights.
Requirements
6+ years of experience as a Growth Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within a SaaS or high-growth tech company.
Advance SQL skills and experience working with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode, Metabase, or similar).
Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, or similar).
Experience with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
Experience with ETL and reverse ETL.
Experience working on products with onboarding funnels, retention growth loops, or churn reduction strategies.
Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
Full-time growth analysis, with a mix of reporting on and advising on performance (which campaigns are working, opportunities for optimization, interesting insights through the entire end-to-end funnel, ad hoc asks, etc.). Proactive insights and analysis.
Develop and maintain experiments (A/B tests, feature flagging) to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to improve event tracking, instrumentation, and data quality.
Policing tracking and ensuring that we have the coverage we need as re release things, that it's showing up where it needs to, and helping us create a culture of self-serve analytics
Planning and executing on more qualitative measurement (surveys, brand lift studies, and the like)
Performance deep dives on paid acquisition channels like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc
