Customer Support Specialist (Level 2)

🍇 What you will do:

• ✔️ Resolve complex customer technical issues end-to-end, providing clear updates throughout the process;
• ✔️ Troubleshoot advanced product, system, and integration problems using logs, transaction data, and system analysis;
• ✔️ Reproduce reported issues in test environments and escalate bugs to Engineering;
• ✔️ Assist with internal testing of new features, AI, and releases;
• ✔️ Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base;
• ✔️ Support and mentor junior agents.

🍇 What we expect:

• ✔️ English proficiency at B2 level or higher (required); Russian (native or fluent) is a plus;
• ✔️ 1+ years of experience in a B2B support role within fintech, payments, or a similar technical environment;
• ✔️ Strong understanding of APIs, payment systems, and basic SQL/database queries;
• ✔️ Ability to analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users;
• ✔️ Strong team collaboration skills;
• ✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
