Customer Support Agent (CET)

EuropeRemote

We’re looking for a thoughtful, tech-savvy Customer Support Agent to join our team and help users get the most out of Readymag. If you have a confident command of English, experience in customer or technical support, and enjoy solving problems with a human touch—we’d love to hear from you.

This is a remote position under a service agreement. Our support team workday typically starts at 10am (CET). The maximum expected time zone difference is around 3 hours so we can all stay connected.

Who we are:

  • Respond to user requests via our support channels;

  • write articles for our Help section about new features and updates;

  • prepare and submit detailed bug reports to our development team for fixes.

What you will do:

  • Readymag is a design tool that empowers users to create a wide range of websites — from landing pages and portfolios to magazines, multimedia editorials, and pitch decks. We’re proud of our strong international user community and client-centered service.

  • Curiosity is at the heart of our work — we value the art of asking good questions and are always exploring better ways to support and inspire our users.

  • Our support team is fully remote and distributed across Germany, Costa Rica, Austria, and Spain.

What you’ll get:

  • 28 weekdays of paid annual leave;

  • access to a corporate laptop;

  • compensation for coworking space fees;

  • language courses;

  • compensation for sports or other physical activities;

  • a learning budget to invest in courses, books, or conferences.

What you’ll bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in providing technical support for a digital product (SaaS is a plus);

  • a location in a country compatible with Central European Time (CET) and availability during standard CET working hours;

  • strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level);

  • basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and how the web works;

  • familiarity with Readymag (or eagerness to learn the platform in depth);

  • curiosity, attention to detail, and strong troubleshooting skills;

  • a self-driven mindset — you’re able to manage tasks independently and take initiative when needed.
