We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who's excited to build models that ship, not just models that impress.
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers. You'll be the person they trust to help them get real value from Campaignswell from onboarding through to renewal and expansion.
This isn't a reactive support role. You'll be proactive, strategic, and commercial, spotting opportunities to deepen engagement before problems arise, and turning happy customers into advocates.
Own and grow a portfolio of accounts.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, from day-to-day users to executive sponsors.
Lead structured onboarding and training programmes that set customers up for early success.
Monitor product adoption and health metrics, and step in early when customers are at risk.
Run regular business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) that clearly demonstrate ROI and align on goals.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and work closely with Account Executives to close them.
Serve as the voice of the customer internally, feeding insights to Product, Marketing, and Sales.
3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in SaaS, marketing, or advertising, ideally with marketing, adtech, or campaign analytics platforms.
Experience working in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment.
Proven experience with upselling or expansion.
Experience working with customers across international markets (EMEA, LATAM, APAC, etc.).
English level: C1.
Comfortable working with data: you can pull a report, spot a trend, and turn it into a story.
Strong communication skills, confident with both hands-on users and senior stakeholders.
You use AI tools in your daily work, not just to tick a box, but to genuinely work faster and better.
A strong analytical background (e.g., a technical or quantitative degree).
Competitive salary + performance bonus.
Fully remote with flexible working hours.
Home office stipend and learning & development budget.
Up to 21 days of flexible paid time-off per year.
Regular team offsites and a culture that actually lives its values.
