Customer Success Manager

As we grow, we’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team. You will play a critical role in building strong client relationships, driving retention and expansion, and ensuring our customers get maximum value from the Aloware platform.
What you’ll be doing
Become a product expert, understanding how and why customers use Aloware and how they derive value from the platform
Conduct structured account reviews to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
Proactively identify, address, and mitigate churn risks.
Own expansion and renewal efforts for your assigned book of business.
Train, onboard, and guide new and existing clients on best practices.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers across all levels, from end-users to executive stakeholders.
Provide feedback to the product team based on customer needs and feature requests.
Contribute ideas to improve internal processes, tools, and customer success strategies.
You’re our ideal candidate if you have…
3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
Prior experience in B2B SaaS, VoIP, or communications software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfort managing a quota and negotiating contracts.
Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite to end-users.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple way.
Important qualifications include
Experience managing a book of business with ownership over retention and growth.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
High level of accountability and autonomy.
Nice to have skills
Experience in contact center or CRM-related platforms.
Background in sales or revenue-focused roles.
Familiarity with customer success tools and CRM systems.
