As we grow, we’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team. You will play a critical role in building strong client relationships, driving retention and expansion, and ensuring our customers get maximum value from the Aloware platform.

What you’ll be doing
  • Become a product expert, understanding how and why customers use Aloware and how they derive value from the platform

  • Conduct structured account reviews to maintain and strengthen client relationships.

  • Proactively identify, address, and mitigate churn risks.

  • Own expansion and renewal efforts for your assigned book of business.

  • Train, onboard, and guide new and existing clients on best practices.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers across all levels, from end-users to executive stakeholders.

  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer needs and feature requests.

  • Contribute ideas to improve internal processes, tools, and customer success strategies.

You’re our ideal candidate if you have…
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, VoIP, or communications software.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfort managing a quota and negotiating contracts.

  • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite to end-users.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple way.

Important qualifications include
  • Experience managing a book of business with ownership over retention and growth.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • High level of accountability and autonomy.

Nice to have skills
  • Experience in contact center or CRM-related platforms.

  • Background in sales or revenue-focused roles.

  • Familiarity with customer success tools and CRM systems.
