CRM Manager (Remote)

We’re looking for a CRM Marketer who excels as a collaborative team player within our fully remote environment. This role involves utilizing various customer insight frameworks to understand and address customer needs effectively, driving engagement through our Customer Data Platform (CDP) Bloomreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Insights and Analysis: Apply various frameworks (such as Jobs To Be Done, Persona Development, Empathy Mapping) to gain a deep understanding of customer pains and needs.

• CRM Strategy Development: Use insights derived from customer analysis to develop and execute CRM strategies that enhance customer interaction and drive business results using Bloomreach.

• Campaign Execution: Design and implement engaging multichannel campaigns (email, whatsapp, sms, push, ensuring content is tailored to customer segments identified through insight frameworks.

• Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and refine strategies based on robust data analysis.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, product marketing and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of CRM strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

You have…

Technical Skills:

• Proficient with Bloomreach or similar CDPs for data management, campaign execution, and analytics.

• Skilled in email design and coding using tools like Stripo.

• Competent in using analytics platforms and/or SQL for data analysis and decision-making.

• Copywriting skills are a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for working effectively in a remote team environment.

• Proven ability to apply customer insights frameworks effectively to CRM strategies.

• High adaptability with a commitment to learning and applying new methodologies in customer insight and CRM.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree / course in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Language:

• Fluent in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
