Creative Producer

We're looking for a Creative Producer who will own the creative vision for our performance marketing, scale the app through impactful creatives, and build efficient processes within the team. This role sits at the intersection of operations, creative thinking, and an AI-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Own creative projects from brief to release
• Brief and coordinate designers and other stakeholders throughout the production process
• Manage production volumes and deadlines
• Collaborate with UA to analyze creative performance and drive data-informed iterations
• Help the team generate strong hypotheses and explore new visual approaches
• Monitor the market, competitors, and emerging creative trends
• Improve internal workflows and identify opportunities for AI-powered automation
• Act as the bridge between creative, UA, and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in creative production or marketing production
• Strong understanding of performance creatives and mobile marketing
• Ability to interpret metrics alongside UA and translate insights into actionable next steps
• Strong visual taste and a keen eye for what makes creatives stand out
• Genuine interest in AI trends, AI tools, and automation
• Proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and excellent communication skills
• Comfort working in a cross-functional environment and adapting quickly to change
