Creative Producer

What you are going to do:

• Own and lead motion-based creative production for performance campaigns

• Research the market and define creative strategy — this is the top priority for the role

• Produce and manage production of dozens of high-quality video and static creatives per week

• Work hands-on with motion creatives while also acting as creative producer and project lead

• Create performance creatives using AI

• Collaborate closely with UA, marketing, and creative teams

• Run creative experiments and iterate based on performance data

• Focus on priority channels: Meta, Google, and TikTok

• Balance speed, quality, and scalability in a performance-driven environment

• Help build and scale processes for a growing motion team

What we expect from you

• 3+ years of experience as a Creative Producer / Motion Producer / Motion-focused Creative Lead

• Strong producer mindset with broad competence across creative and motion production

• Proven ability to manage high-volume video production without losing quality

• Real experience working in performance marketing environments (paid social, UA, growth teams) — not just a portfolio, but creatives that were actually tested in live campaigns

• Understanding of what makes video creatives work on Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar platforms

• Ability to work both hands-on and at a strategic level

• Understanding of performance/buying fundamentals — full grasp of tracking and campaign mechanics
