Creative Producer

We're looking for a Creative Lead to shape the advertising creative strategy for a portfolio of mobile games. You'll track the market and competitors, define creative concepts, and stay hands-on in production - not just direction from the sidelines.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Monitor the market and competitor creatives on an ongoing basis to spot trends and opportunities
• Shape creative concepts and hypotheses for game advertising campaigns
• Stay hands-on in production, not only strategy and direction
• Turn a single strong concept into a scalable creative series
• Collaborate with the designer and the client team to ensure creatives align with gameplay, target audience, and game positioning
• Review performance data and translate results into the next round of creative decisions

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Track record of successful game advertising creatives with clear personal ownership
• Strong understanding of the mobile games market and competitive landscape
• Ability to build a creative hypothesis and validate it through testing
• Hands-on production experience - comfortable beyond the strategic layer
• Fluency in performance-driven creative development
• Good English and Russian knowledge
