Expectations

What you will be doing

• Develop and execute a content strategy to drive organic growth across OneState’s social media channels, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X.

• Build and scale end-to-end content production workflows, from ideation and planning to publishing, performance analysis, and optimization.

• Lead and develop the content team while managing external agencies, freelancers, and production partners.

• Translate quarterly growth objectives into actionable plans, budgets, and measurable KPIs.

• Oversee the production of various content formats, including CG, gameplay videos, UGC, AI-generated content, live-action, short-form, and long-form videos.

• Monitor platform trends, algorithms, and competitor content to identify and adapt new opportunities for OneState.

• Track content performance, develop and test hypotheses, and continuously optimize reach, engagement, and organic growth.

• Integrate AI tools into production workflows, from creative ideation to post-production.

• Establish scalable processes, document workflows, and maintain production guidelines.

• Collaborate with Community, Brand, User Acquisition, Monetization, and Creative Direction teams on cross-functional initiatives, collaborations, and special projects.

What we want to see:

• Proven experience leading content functions and managing teams, including hiring, development, and performance management.

• A strong track record of growing large social media channels across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other major platforms.

• A strong portfolio of social media video content, including successful viral videos with measurable results.

• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, platform-specific formats, audience behavior, and content performance.

• Experience building and scaling high-volume content production pipelines.

• Hands-on experience across different production formats, including CG, UGC, AI-generated content, and live-action.

• Ability to manage multiple production workflows, internal teams, agencies, and freelancers simultaneously.

• Practical experience using AI video production tools such as Kling, Sora, Midjourney, or similar.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights and growth opportunities.

• A structured, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

• An established network of reliable freelancers and production specialists.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Additionally, it would be great to have

• Experience in the gaming industry, particularly with open-world, survival, or multiplayer games.

• Understanding of CGI production pipelines and experience with 2D/3D motion graphics.

• Familiarity with Figma and Photoshop for creative briefing and production coordination.

• Experience creating content for international audiences.

• A genuine passion for gaming, gaming content, and emerging digital trends.
