Content Manager

RemoteMiddle

We're looking for our first Content Manager — someone who can come in at an early stage, build the content function from scratch, and own it end-to-end. You'll combine content strategy, user psychology, and execution. You won't just write — you'll architect how content works at Intellio: from activation flows to retention initiatives, from SEO articles to in-app learning materials.

This is a builder role. If you enjoy turning ambiguity into clarity and want your work to directly move product metrics, you'll thrive here. This is a rare chance to join a product at a strong growth stage with real budgets, real impact, and clear vertical growth potential.

What you'll do

Content strategy & ownership

  • Develop and maintain Intellio's content strategy across all channels: emails, landing pages, in-app learning materials, blog/SEO, and social

  • Build a scalable content architecture: topics, formats, cadence, tone — that can grow with the product

  • Align content with key product metrics: activation, retention, and subscription renewal

Content production

  • Create and edit high-quality, science-backed content on topics including IQ, cognitive development, personality psychology, neuroscience, focus, brain health, etc.

  • Write personalized content that speaks directly to where a user is in their journey — from first IQ result to final stages of the learning programs

  • Develop and maintain Intellio's editorial voice: sharp, empowering, evidence-based, and human

Team & vendor management

  • Manage a distributed content team: localizers, subject-matter experts, reviewers, and designers

  • Own the full content production pipeline: briefing, review cycles, QA, and publishing — from brief to final delivery

  • Set up and maintain content workflows in relevant platforms and admin tools (CMS, course builders, etc.)

Technical & operational execution

  • Publish and manage content across platforms — not just write it, but configure flows, set up courses, and manage content admin panels independently

  • Work with AI tools to accelerate content creation without sacrificing quality or personalization

  • Collaborate with the growth and product teams to support paid marketing creatives and funnel copy

Analytics & optimization

  • Track content performance and tie it to business outcomes (CTR, open rates, activation rate, churn reduction)

  • Run A/B tests on content units — subject lines, content formats, messaging angles, and iterate based on results

  • Build a feedback loop between content performance and strategy

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on content management experience, ideally in a consumer-facing digital product or startups

  • Proven experience creating content for English-speaking audiences — C1+ written English is a hard requirement

  • Experience building or owning a content strategy from the ground up, not just executing someone else's plan

  • Strong understanding of user psychology and personalization — you know how to write for different user states, not just different segments

  • Demonstrated ability to manage external contractors: editors, translators, designers — you've closed content end-to-end without hand-holding

  • Comfort working as a content technologist: you're not afraid of admin panels, course builders, email platform logic

  • Experience working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) as part of your regular content workflow

  • Strong methodological thinking — you build content systems, not just content pieces; you create frameworks others can follow and scale

  • Ability to research complex topics, synthesize scientific material, and present it in a clear, engaging, and accessible way

  • EdTech experience is a strong plus. If you've built content for a learning product, especially one with behavioral or psychological components — you'll ramp up faster and add more value from day one.

Also nice to have

  • Experience in EdTech or health-tech with a subscription model — you understand how content drives LTV, not just engagement

  • Familiarity with A/B testing content units — you've tested messaging, formats, or sequences and know how to read results

  • Experience creating instructional or methodological content: learning programs, structured knowledge frameworks — not just editorial or marketing copy

  • Hands-on experience with personality psychology content (MBTI, Big Five, cognitive styles) or adjacent niches like focus, brain health, mental fitness

  • Basic understanding of conversion copywriting principles — you know the difference between content that informs and content that activates

  • Solid SEO fundamentals — keyword research, content structuring, on-page optimization across multiple channels

  • Background or coursework in neuroscience, cognitive psychology, or behavioral science — you understand the science behind what we teach, not just how to write about it

Our Benefits

  • Time-off Policy - unlimited Out of office days

  • Remote or Hybrid work. The choice is yours!

  • AI-assisted development tools compensation

  • Sport and education compensations

  • Psychologists compensation

  • Language courses compensation

  • Co-working compensation

  • Health insurance

  • 100% Sick Leave Compensation

  • Team buildings and offsites (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland and other)

  • Merch

  • Birthday presents
