Content Manager

WorldwideRemoteSenior

We are looking for a Content Manager to help Mira deliver high-quality, useful, and trustworthy content across the customer journey.

The ideal candidate is a strong editor, organiser, and content operator who can turn complex health topics into clear, human, science-backed content — while also managing the workflows, deadlines, briefs, reviews, and stakeholder coordination needed to get content live.

You’ll support content across email, app, blog, campaigns, lifecycle journeys, lead generation, and web. You’ll work closely with the Senior Content Manager and collaborate with writers, designers, agencies, SEO, lifecycle, product marketing, growth, and clinical reviewers.

The right person will be proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable with sensitive women’s health topics, and able to bring structure to a fast-moving content environment.

If you want to challenge yourself at a high-growth startup and make a difference for women's health, please join us!

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, lifecycle marketing, SEO content, or content operations.

  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and briefing skills.

  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and feedback loops at once.

  • Able to work independently, proactively, and with strong follow-through.

  • Comfortable balancing strategic context with hands-on execution.

  • Experience with email marketing, lifecycle content, blog/SEO content, or campaign content.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to QA content carefully.

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, project management tools, and content workflows.

  • Comfortable using AI and digital tools to improve efficiency while maintaining originality, quality, and judgment.

  • Some understanding of SEO-focused content and how it contributes to visibility and performance.

  • Experience with Klaviyo or another email marketing platform.

The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage recurring content workflows across blog, email, app, lifecycle, campaigns, and lead generation.

  • Maintain content calendars, production trackers, deadlines, status updates, and publishing readiness.

  • Draft clear content briefs for writers, designers, agencies, and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate copywriters, designers, reviewers, and cross-functional stakeholders to move content from brief to final delivery.
