Content Editor
We're looking for a Content Editor to help create and refine content about destinations, hotels, and travel: editing articles, ensuring materials align with our editorial policy and corporate style, and working closely with SEO specialists and authors to keep content clear, accurate, and engaging.
This is a project-based position with part-time hours.
Job Responsibilities
Editing English-language content: articles, promotional materials about destinations, travel guides, hotel collections, news, travel tips, product announcements, and user manuals;
Ensuring materials comply with editorial policy and the brand’s corporate style;
Preparing articles for publication: collaborating with the layout designer, assisting with design elements if needed (buttons, quotes, illustrations), and supporting layout in WordPress;
SEO optimization of texts: selecting effective headlines, structuring materials to enhance search engine visibility, and working together with SEO specialists;
Assigning tasks to authors: creating briefs together with SEO specialists, distributing articles among authors, reviewing their work, assisting with structuring, and monitoring deadlines;
Coordinating work with the team—including the SEO specialist and layout designer—and maintaining the current status of tasks in Asana;
Analyzing publication performance and preparing reports based on results (as needed);
Searching for new authors for specific topics on Fiverr and Upwork.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience editing and writing English-language content for business or marketing purposes;
Excellent command of English (C1+ level), a deep understanding of stylistics, localization nuances, and the ability to navigate international trends and sources;
Basic knowledge of WordPress and content administration is an advantage, but not required;
Experience working with international English-language content projects and knowledge of localization features;
Understanding of business specifics (B2C, B2B);
Skills in time management, task setting and monitoring, cross-team collaboration, and working with task trackers (such as Asana);
Proactivity, curiosity, initiative, ability to ask questions and propose solutions.
Benefits
