Jobs at Astro Cat

Astro Cat is founded and led by AAA veterans who never left the craft — we're still building, shipping, and solving real game dev problems every day. Our team brings senior-level expertise across product, technology, operations, Live Ops, growth, and production.

We know game studios from the inside. We’ve seen exactly where things break — missing expertise, overloaded teams, slow decisions, and production that doesn’t scale.

That’s where Astro Cat steps in as game industry advisory partners and fractional leaders, backed by a global network of 50+ professionals ready to execute. With offices in the US and Europe, someone who's been there is never far.

We help studios find their orbit — and actually enjoy the ride.
