About the position

We are searching for a Communication Designer to support our marketing, brand communication, and other creative initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop elements for marketing and brand communication, such as digital ads, SMM, e-mails, POSM, analyze results and generate hypotheses for their improvement together with the channel owners
• Create illustrations for our blog, product pages, mobile app (mostly with AI tools)
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative syncs, collaborate with the content and design team to generate visual ideas for viral posts and campaigns

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in communication design, preferably in-house teams on the product side
• Excellent command of Figma, Adobe products, and AI creative tools, such as Krea, NanoBanana, Recraft
• Understanding of how design works in layouts in online and offline channels and at different stages of the marketing funnel; the impact of design on business metrics is also evaluated, so if you have experience working on the product and/or marketing side, it would strengthen your application
• Understanding of the principles and process of motion and 3D creation, but if there is also a hands-on skill, it will be a big plus

We offer

Short-term 6-month service agreement contract with QIC Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezone. We are diverse — our digital nomads work remotely from 25+ different countries.

Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 10 vacation days, 10 sick offs. Payment in USD or EUR monthly to your bank account using SWIFT.
