Client Relationship Manager

Weโre looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to become the main point of contact for our live clients โ someone who builds trust, keeps communication clear, ensures smooth day-to-day cooperation, and helps clients feel supported and understood.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of live clients, serving as their trusted primary point of contact day-to-day
Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, transaction volumes, and payment performance to provide consultative, data-driven recommendations
Lead regular business reviews and strategic meetings with clients, tracking performance, gathering feedback, and aligning on goals
Handle client escalations swiftly and professionally, coordinating across technical, product, operations, and support teams to drive resolution
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working with internal teams to match client needs with the right solutions
Oversee billing and financial queries for each account, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and early flagging of discrepancies
Advocate for client needs internally while balancing commercial and operational priorities
Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge
2+ years of experience in the fintech sector, with payment processing experience preferred.
Fluent in English, capable of managing communications and documents in both languages. Russian is a strong advantage.
Strong background in fintech or payment gateways, with expertise in handling enterprise-level merchants.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communicator with excellent relationship management and consultative skills
Commercially aware, with the ability to spot growth opportunities and act on them
Organised and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and internal teams
