Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Crypto trading startup operating at the intersection of blockchain and light-speed trading: we build sniper bots and intelligent trading strategies. Our 20-person analytics team selects projects, while the Rust team continuously improves and deploys sniper bots.
This isn’t just a managerial role—we need a hands-on engineer who can write code independently, fix bugs, run tests, and more.
Your responsibilities:
Lead the technical direction for Solana;
Develop and optimize high-performance Rust services and Solana programs;
Work with transaction streams, indexing, and real-time systems;
Manage a team of 3–5 Rust developers—mentor, establish engineering processes, and conduct code reviews.
Requirements:
Strong Senior+ Rust expertise;
Deep knowledge of the Solana stack: transaction construction & decoding, RPC/gRPC, subscriptions, batch processing;
Experience writing and optimizing on-chain programs, with a solid grasp of runtime constraints (stack, compute units);
Ability to architect highly scalable systems and write clean, secure, and maintainable code.
Nice-to-haves (will increase your offer):
Experience with Anchor, Solidity, or EVM chains (Ethereum, BSC, Arbitrum, Base);
Experience with MEV, transaction bundles, mempool monitoring, and simulations;
Deep understanding of low-latency systems and performance tuning.
What we offer:
Compensation directly tied to team profitability—no income ceiling;
Weekly payouts (in USDT or any preferred arrangement);
Fully remote, zero bureaucracy, no pointless meetings;
A team of senior engineers and traders working with top-tier protocols;
Paid sick leave and two 10-day vacations per year;
Freedom to experiment and influence the architecture of the entire product.`
