Chief Marketing Officer at JoomPro

JoomPro is the first and only end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace. It serves small, medium, and large businesses, handling orders of any size from start to finish. Today, JoomPro operates in Brazil and Mexico, with plans to expand into other markets.

JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom Group also includes other businesses: Joom, a global cross-border marketplace; JoomPulse, an AI analytics tool for Mercado Livre sellers; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom Group has offices in Latvia, China, Portugal, Germany, and Brazil, with its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products.

We are now looking for a Chief Marketing Officer — a hands-on B2B marketing leader who will build a data-driven growth engine and help scale our business across Brazil and other international markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the marketing strategy for Brazil and other international markets, with an initial focus on Brazil and Mexico
• Structure existing marketing activities into a clear, measurable and scalable system
• Own the full marketing funnel across all channels (paid acquisition, CRM, partnerships, etc)
• Own marketing analytics and manage decisions with data driven approach
• Set goals for the marketing team, prioritize initiatives and ensure strong execution
• Work closely with product, analytics and sales teams
• Implement AI first approach to marketing

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B marketplaces, B2B SaaS, B2B services or technology companies with a large SMB customer base
• Strong hands-on expertise in paid acquisition and performance channels, including Facebook, TikTok and other paid channels
• Strong experience with CRM marketing, retention, partnerships or referral programs
• Deep analytical mindset and ability to build marketing decisions around data, funnels and unit economics
• Experience managing small teams while staying close to execution and operational details
• Strong leadership, structure and ownership: ability to set direction, drive execution and bring order to ambiguous environments
• Fluent English

Preferred

• E-commerce experience
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
• Experience implementing AI first approach in marketing
