Job description
We are looking for a strong, people-oriented, and motivating Call Center Supervisor who can keep the team productive, develop operators, and ensure a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring operators’ performance: discipline, quality, and script compliance
• Conducting short briefings and providing daily team support
• Listening to calls and giving constructive feedback
• Training new hires and developing current operators
• Tracking KPIs: SLA, response time, conversion rate, and quality
• Scheduling shifts, tasks, and workload distribution
• Handling complex and escalated cases
• Preparing short reports on shift performance and team results
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience as a Supervisor or Senior Operator for 6–12 months (preferred)
• Can manage a team and maintain discipline
• Has strong analytical skills and is confident working with spreadsheets
• Is stress-resistant, tactful, and communicates clearly
• Is proactive, flexible, and responsible
Nice to have:
• Experience in financial services, lending, or sales
• Coaching or training experience
• Understanding of contact center processes and workflows
