Business Analyst (integrations)

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with a strong mix of technical proficiency, business analysis, and project management skills. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse, plan, refine, and deliver digital projects across core products and custom implementations.

Role Purpose: The primary focus of this role is to manage and deliver integrations with Payment Providers into production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and prioritise incoming integration requests from Unipesa clients.

  • Review providers’ APIs and payment flows, provide effort estimations, and define priorities.

  • Coordinate and oversee the integration process across multiple teams.

  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure transparent reporting on the status of the integrations backlog.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis and project management.

  • Proven track record of delivering solutions related to payment services.

  • Hands-on experience with payment provider integrations.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency; native Russian language is an advantage.
