Business Development Manager (Merchant, Payments)

We are looking for Business Development Manager, Merchant Services and Payments dept

paytech is looking for a Business Development Manager in Limassol! paytech is a fast-growing fintech company that is transforming the way online payments work.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new PSPs and APMs;

• Manage onboarding processes, maintain relationships with existing providers, and monitor their performance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a BDM in the payments or fintech industry;

• Strong understanding of the European PSP market;

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

• Knowledge of merchant acquiring agreements, chargebacks, rolling reserves, and payment reconciliation;

• Understanding of compliance requirements (KYC, AML, PCI DSS, PSD2, SCA)

• Native or fluent Russian, English level B2+, additional European languages are a plus.
