A leading proprietary trading and MEV market-making firm is expanding its Sales & BD team in East and Southeast Asia.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager focused on the top of the funnel for sourcing, initiating, and developing high-value ecosystem partnerships with funds, incubators, accelerators, exchanges, market makers, marketing agencies, KOL networks, and other institutional players in the crypto space.

This is a role for a hunter and network builder — someone who can quickly identify, initiate, and grow connections, turning them into strategic opportunities for the company that feed into the sales pipeline for closing.

Key Responsibilities

 • Source and establish new partnerships: VCs, crypto funds, incubators, accelerators, exchanges, launchpads, KOL networks, MM teams, marketing agencies, and other ecosystem connectors.

 • Maintain and grow relationships, moving them into active deal flow.

 • Conduct intro calls, discovery sessions, and presentations .

 • Attend major Asian crypto conferences, side events, and networking sessions.

 • Work closely with the sales team and vertical lead to structure partnership deals.

 • Present Peanut Trade’s solutions in market making, trading, and token launches.

 • Identify co-investment, co-marketing, and cross-referral opportunities.

Must-Have

 • Crypto industry experience & strong ecosystem knowledge in Asia.

 • Fluent English (extra regional languages a plus).

 • Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.

 • Willingness to travel to major crypto events in Asia

Nice-to-Have

 • 1–3+ years in BD/partnerships in crypto.

 • Existing network across funds, exchanges, launchpads, incubators, KOL networks, or marketing agencies.
