Business Development Manager (BDM) in CPA marketing (fintech)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager who will be responsible for expanding our market presence. Your job is to seek new partners and strengthen connections with current partners, perform at conferences and be the face of the company in one of the most prospective industries. Responsibilities:
Active search and attraction of new B2B partners in the fintech sector (banks, MFIs, startups, financial companies) in Poland MUST.
Conducting meetings, presentations and concluding contracts with potential and existing clients.
Building and strengthening long-term partnerships with key market players.
Meetings, presentations and contracts related to our fintech solutions.
Active participation in conferences, exhibitions and other events in Poland and Europe.
What you need to succeed:
Proven experience in attracting and retaining b2b clients in Fintech is a MUST.
Fluent English, Polish is a big plus.
Willingness to travel, participate in events and meetings with clients.
Ability to persuade, work with objections and bring deals to the end with a result-oriented approach.
Independence and proactivity in setting and achieving ambitious goals.
Ability to analyse the market and identify new business opportunities.
