Business Development Manager

We are expanding our BDM team and looking for a Business Development Manager to join our B2B Sales department. This role is a great fit for a commercially strong sales professional who can build a pipeline independently and close deals with B2B merchants.

In this role, you will be responsible for bringing in new B2B merchants for our crypto payments gateway and managing the full sales cycle from first contact to first transaction.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of B2B merchants across high-risk verticals
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, industry events, and professional networks
• Own the full sales cycle: qualification, demo, commercial proposal, negotiation, KYC/KYB document collection, contract signature, onboarding coordination, and first transaction
• Structure commercial terms, including pricing, fees and contract terms
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce, including deals, activities, forecasts, statuses, and next steps
• Share market and competitor insights with product and commercial teams
• Deliver against quarterly revenue, volume, and merchant launch targets

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with experience in payments, PSP, fintech, or crypto
• Proven track record of closing merchant deals and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to first transaction
• Experience working with high-risk merchants would be a strong plus
• Understanding of crypto payment processing, stablecoins, and compliance requirements, including AML/KYC, KYB, and licensing constraints
• Hands-on experience managing deals, activities, and forecasts in CRM, ideally Salesforce
• Fluent English for client-facing communication
• Strong business mindset and the ability to negotiate and structure complex deals
• Proactive, resilient, and structured, with a high level of ownership over pipeline and results
