Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and market expansion in LATAM. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and promote the company’s services to SMEs, startups, and freelancers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and target new business opportunities in LATAM
Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Present the company’s tax, accounting, and compliance solutions to potential customers
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets
Prepare reports, proposals, and forecasts for management
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online platforms
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in fintech, accounting, or SaaS)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of the LATAM business landscape
Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive approach
Fluency in English (Spanish or Portuguese are a plus)
