Business Analyst Middle [Origination - PyME]

The PyME team is responsible for building banking products and services for small and medium-sized businesses, helping entrepreneurs manage their daily financial operations and grow their businesses.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Origination stream and help design and scale customer acquisition and onboarding processes for business clients.The primary focus of the role will be building and improving origination journeys for business current accounts, ensuring sole proprietors and small business customers can seamlessly open and start using their accounts. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing onboarding flows, gathering requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and continuously improving conversion and customer experience.

This role sits at the intersection of product, business, operations, and technology, offering the opportunity to shape how entrepreneurs experience the bank from their very first interaction.

 

Challenges that await you:

• Designing and developing onboarding and servicing processes for business current accounts for sole proprietors
• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
• Translating business needs into clear specifications, user stories, and development tasks
• Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, QA, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams
• Supporting delivery throughout the full development lifecycle, from discovery to release
• Participating in prioritization and planning within the business banking domain
• Improving customer journeys and identifying opportunities to increase conversion and process efficiency
• Supporting and evolving existing onboarding and servicing processes for business clients

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
• Experience describing and optimizing business processes
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and QA teams
• Experience preparing development tasks and supporting delivery through release
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and contexts simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and structured thinking
• B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team

• Experience working with business banking products, current accounts, or payments
