We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Origination Delivery team in Colombia.
The team is responsible for end-to-end bank card delivery, covering three key areas: Ambassador Delivery (our own courier network and internal tools), Postal Delivery (external logistics partners), and Inventory (card production, accounting, and transportation).
In this role, you will work at the intersection of operations, product, engineering, and analytics, helping digitize operational processes, translate business needs into product requirements, and improve delivery performance. You will work closely with local operational teams to identify bottlenecks, develop internal tools, and drive improvements in delivery quality, conversion, and ambassador efficiency.
Challenges that await you:
Gathering and structuring business requirements from operational teams and translating them into clear development tasks
Developing Ambassador Delivery scenarios and internal tools for couriers and supervisors
Improving ambassador performance monitoring and incentive management processes
Analyzing operational workflows, collecting feedback from local teams, and identifying bottlenecks
Formulating hypotheses and running A/B tests and experiments to improve delivery quality and conversion
Supporting the digitization and optimization of operational processes
Defining key performance metrics and collaborating with Product Analytics on dashboards and reporting
Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to support implementation, releases, and post-launch analysis
What makes you a great fit:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong understanding of product development processes, product metrics, and continuous product improvement
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating operational needs into development tasks
Hands-on experience with hypothesis generation, experimentation, and A/B testing
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, reporting, and Product Analytics teams
Willingness to work closely with local operational teams, including on-site visits to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities
Confident use of Claude or other AI tools in daily work
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams
Independence, proactivity, and ability to manage diverse tasks in a fast-changing environment
