Business Analyst Junior+/Middle [Delivery Platform]

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Delivery Platform, responsible for production and inventory of Plata cards and distribution it among our ambassadors. This is a business- and operations-heavy role with strong exposure to product development and communication with partners. You’ll work closely with product, analytics, and engineering to build scalable processes, improve efficiency.

 

Challenges that await you:

• Develop business and operational processes for our Inventory
• Work deeply with the partners (communicate directly with the factory)
• Design interfaces and solutions within internal systems
• Participate in team development
• Work with the backoffice system
• Design, document, and maintain operational regulations, workflows, and standards
• Critically assess incoming requests, identify root causes of problems, and challenge initial assumptions when necessary
• Own and manage the business backlog: collect requests, structure them, prioritize, and plan delivery
• Write clear and structured requirements for development teams
• Define tasks, track progress, and control delivery timelines
• Work with product analysts to define business and operational metrics, track performance, and measure the impact of changes
• Monitor and improve key metrics related to delivery efficiency, productivity, and quality
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and Operations stakeholders
