Business Analyst (BPMN)

We're looking for a Business Analyst (BPMN) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders

• Design and model business processes using BPMN 2.0 (AS-IS / TO-BE)

• Configure and implement automated workflows in Creatio

• Develop and maintain:

  • business processes

  • user tasks

  • business rules and conditions

• Integrate business processes with external systems (APIs, Kafka, S3, Core Banking, etc.)

• Optimize processes to:

  • reduce manual operations

  • improve SLA performance

  • minimize operational errors

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support issue resolution

• Prepare and maintain technical and process documentation

• Support and enhance existing processes in the production environment

• Collaborate with Development, QA, Customer Service, and Operations teams

Requirements

• 2+ or more years of experience in business/systems analysis (preferably in an IT integrator company or banking domain)

• Experience in implementation of IT systems in a bank or work in banking (understanding of banking business processes)

• Skills in BRD, FSD, implementation concept, technical design, specifications, User Story, Test Case, Use Case writing.

• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL

• Skills in working with specialized software (MS Visio, MS Project, Jira, Conuence, etc.)

• Understanding of principles and features of software development methodology

• Experience with JSON, XML, SOAP & REST API data formats

• Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills

• Experience in manual testing of complex software products

• Business process modeling using BPMN notation
