Business Analyst

Requirements

• Solution-oriented mindset;

• Understanding specifics of iGaming / Fintech;

• Knowledge of mathematical statistics and hypothesis testing;

• SQL (complex queries + optimization);

• Python (general principles + libraries for data analysis);

• Experience with Airflow, DBT, ClickHouse (DAGs + MVs);

• Experience with building reports in BI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Solving business problems using data;

• Collecting and processing data from various sources (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL);

• Building batch data pipelines using Airflow and DBT;

• Building core dashboards and models for self service analytics in BI systems (Metabase);

• Formulating hypotheses and conducting A/B tests with subsequent evaluation of results;

• Identifying insights and making recommendations for product improvements.

Desirable

• Experience with Metabase;

• Experience with GrowthBook;

• Experience building anomalies alerting systems;

• Experience building hierarchy of metrics.
