Business Analyst

Firebird is an international online travel company that organizes trips to Europe for customers from around the world. We have a dedicated software development department that focuses on our internal products that allow everyone else to deliver some of the top-notch, worldwide services. Currently, there are a number of commercially available projects in production that are being actively worked on:

We need a Business Analyst for our team.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements gathering, elicitation and documentation in close collaboration with stakeholders and development teams

• Modeling (processes, integrations, etc)

• Development team support (pre-dev, dev, QA)

• Performing Business Review and acceptance testing

• Business transition support (Q&A, improvements and bug fixes)

Skills & Knowledges:

• Understanding and knowledge of BA processes and standards (BABOK 3.0 - nice to have)

• Understanding of a few elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, analysis of existing documents, etc)

• Experience of business analysis for Salesforce

• Knowledge of a few modeling notation (BPMN, UML, etc)

• Data analysis skills - ability to find patterns (Excel)

• Ability to use one of design/prototyping tools (e.g. Figma)

• Task & Documentation management system knowledge (Jira / Confluence)

• SQL / DBMS understanding (on basic level) - nice to have

• Analytical & Critical thinking

• Detail-oriented

• Multitasking

• Ability to get along with fast changing environment

• Understanding and ability to adapt to SDLC
