Business Analyst [Acquisition Channels]
We are building and scaling new client acquisition channels — from partner programs and B2B CRM tools to field sales operations. Our team sits at the intersection of product, operations, and growth, and is responsible for turning early-stage acquisition ideas into scalable, data-driven processes.
This is a high-ownership role where you’ll take end-to-end responsibility for a product area from day one. You’ll work directly with development teams, operational leads, and analysts — shaping how we attract and onboard new clients through multiple channels.
Challenges that await you:
Own a product area within one of our acquisition channels and drive its development — from hypothesis to delivery
Gather requirements, structure problems, and translate business needs into clear specs for engineering teams
Research real user workflows, identify pain points, and propose improvements to interfaces and processes
Work with metrics: define KPIs, track performance, run experiments, and validate hypotheses with data
Collaborate closely with operations teams, developers, and data analysts on a daily basis
Contribute to improving onboarding flows, reducing churn, and increasing channel utilization
Possible focus areas:
Partner Portal — developing interfaces for external users, improving onboarding experience, working on engagement and retention, fast hypothesis generation and validation
B2B CRM — building internal tools for partner acquisition and management teams, more technical focus, systematic solution design
Field Sales Tools — researching how sales representatives work in the field, digitizing sales processes and agent behavior, improving mobile tools and workflows
What makes you a great fit:
1+ year of experience in business analysis or a similar analytical role
B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
Basic SQL — ability to write simple queries to pull and validate data
Structured thinking — you can break down ambiguous problems into clear, actionable pieces
Proactive mindset — you don’t wait for tasks, you find them
Your bonus skills:
Spanish language skills
Experience in adjacent roles (project management, system analysis, product management)
Background at high-pace product companies (e.g., fintech, marketplaces, or similar environments)
Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence or similar tools for documenting flows and requirements
Why join:
Real ownership from day one — you won’t shadow someone for months; you’ll have your own product area and a clear impact zone
Fast growth trajectory — high responsibility accelerates learning; we support internal promotions
Work with real metrics — every feature you ship has measurable business outcomes
Cross-functional collaboration — tight feedback loops with product, engineering, operations, and data teams
Modern stack and processes — we use AI tools, maintain a strong analyst community, and invest in knowledge sharing
Our benefits:
Relocation support to Mexico with assistance for the employee and their family
Flexible work from one of our offices or remote
Healthcare Coverage
Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications
Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave
