Brand Designer (Freelance)

Microdose Studio is looking for a freelance Mid–Senior Brand Designer to collaborate with us on a part-time, long-term basis.

We’re a small, hands-on design studio working with international (mostly US & EU) clients on digital products, SaaS platforms, and brand-driven experiences. We care about craft, clarity, and good collaboration - not agency politics.

You’ll work closely with Milo and Kamil on brand identity projects, visual directions, design systems, and digital touchpoints, from early exploration to polished client-ready work.

What you’ll work on

• Brand identities for startups and digital products

• Visual systems, art direction, and brand guidelines

• Logo concepts, typography, color, layout, and graphic language

• Marketing websites and brand-led digital experiences

• Pitch decks, launch materials, social assets, and campaign visuals

• Improving and evolving existing brands

• This is real client work, not internal demos or endless pitches.

What you’ll do

• Create strong visual directions and brand identity concepts

• Turn strategy and rough ideas into clear, distinctive design systems

• Prepare polished, client-ready presentations in Figma

• Collaborate directly with founders and designers

• Explore multiple directions, then refine the strongest one

• Keep brand work consistent across digital touchpoints

Who we’re looking for

• Mid to Senior-level experience in brand identity design

• Strong portfolio with real brand identity or visual system work

• Excellent taste in typography, layout, color, and composition

• Comfortable working in Figma

• Able to explain design decisions clearly

• Fluent in English, async and calls

• Independent, reliable, detail-oriented

• Based in the EU, ideally Poland, but not required

Nice to have:

• Experience with SaaS, startups, or digital product brands

• Ability to design brand-led websites

• Motion, illustration, 3D, or AI-assisted visual exploration

• Interest in modern tools like Cursor, v0, Midjourney, Runway, etc.
