Blockchain Engineer

Overview

We are building a cutting-edge AI-powered blockchain analytics platform focused on the Solana ecosystem. Our platform processes millions of on-chain transactions in real time to deliver wallet intelligence, token health metrics, anomaly detection, predictive insights, and AI-driven smart alerts for traders and institutions. Our infrastructure powers low-latency streaming systems, large-scale analytics databases, and machine learning services operating continuously across distributed environments.

Responsibilities

1. Blockchain Data Engineering

• Develop and maintain Solana blockchain ingestion systems

• Work with Solana Validator and Geyser plugins-

• Parse and decode on-chain transactions, logs, and program instructions-

• Implement reliable block, transaction, and account indexing pipelines-

• Handle slot tracking, forks, and reorg scenarios

2. On-Chain Intelligence Development

• Decode SPL token transfers and major Solana DeFi protocols-

• Build logic for:

  • wallet activity tracking-

  • token movement analysis-

  • liquidity and trading behavior detection-

• Design derived blockchain datasets for analytics and AI models-

• Collaborate with data engineers to publish structured events into streaming systems

3. Protocol & Ecosystem Integration

• Integrate data from Solana programs (DEXs, liquidity pools, NFT protocols)

• Maintain program decoder libraries

• Monitor protocol upgrades and ecosystem changes

• Optimize blockchain querying and indexing performance

4. Platform Collaboration

• Work with backend engineers on real-time processing pipelines

• Collaborate with DevOps teams on validator deployment and performance tuning

• Support ML teams with structured blockchain datasets

• Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning

Qualifications

• 3+ years software engineering experience

• Hands-on experience working within the Solana blockchain ecosystem

• Strong understanding of:

  • Solana accounts model

  • transactions & instructions

  • SPL Token program

  • RPC & WebSocket APIs

• Experience building blockchain integrations or payment systems

• Experience with Rust, Go, or TypeScript

• Understanding of secure transaction handling and confirmations.
