About the Role
We are looking for a forward-thinking, results-driven Blockchain Application Engineer to help build the next generation of payment infrastructure at the intersection of blockchain and AI-powered development. You will design and build applications that connect traditional payment rails with decentralized protocols, working with a modern tech stack (Go, microservices, AI tools) and collaborating across product, compliance and infrastructure teams.

Your Responsibilities:

• Architect, build, and evolve high-performance blockchain-enabled payment applications, using AI copilots/agents to accelerate design, coding, testing and delivery.

• Create seamless bridges between traditional financial systems and decentralized protocols, ensuring reliable and efficient transaction flows.

• Participate in architectural decisions, apply AI-assisted modeling and analysis to validate scalability, security, and performance.

• Continuously optimize systems using AI-driven monitoring, anomaly detection, and performance tuning.

• Integrate and experiment with emerging blockchain frameworks and smart-contract designs, combined with AI automation to accelerate development cycles.

• Embed AI-powered testing, static analysis, and vulnerability scanning into the development workflow to maintain code quality and security.

• Research and stay updated on the latest blockchain innovations and AI-driven development tools, keeping the platform cutting-edge.
  
  What We’re Looking For:

• Around 7 years of experience in software development, building reliable and scalable applications.

• 3–5 years of hands-on blockchain experience, working with smart contracts, nodes, wallets, explorers, or similar tools.

• 1–2 years of experience with Go (Golang) for backend development.

• Good understanding of microservices and experience creating and supporting REST APIs.

• Knowledge of both traditional payment systems and blockchain-based financial flows will be a strong advantage.

• Comfort using AI tools (agents, copilots) to speed up development, testing, or documentation.

• Proactive and independent mindset, someone who takes ownership and enjoys solving complex tasks.

• Strong English skills, as you will work with teams and stakeholders from different countries.
